At Vibrance Health, Dr. Clair uses state-of-the-art testing methods (in addition to traditional blood tests) to determine the best course of action for each individual patient.

Heart Health – HeartSmart IMTplus

Early detection and prevention is the key to cardiovascular health. Vibrance offers non-invasive testing to screen patients for cardiovascular disease (CVD.) These tests will determine if you have CVD, rather than just indicate that you that you are at risk (like a cholesterol test will.) Knowing you are developing CVD, Dr. Clair can actually help you to reverse it – without drugs or surgery!

Vibrance Health offers the HeartSmart IMTplus that uses ultrasound scans of the carotid artery to determine if disease is present at its earliest stages. The HeartSmart IMTplus test is performed here in our office by our nurse, Amanda, and Dr. Clair will review the results will with you and offer proactive measures, if necessary.

Thyroid Function – Thyroflex

Thryoflex is a non-invasive system to test, diagnose, and manage thyroid conditions. It uses reflexes Resting Meabolic Rate and symptoms to accurately determine Thyroid function. The Thyroflex test is performed here in our office by our nurse, Amanda, and Dr. Clair will review the results will with you and offer proactive measures, if necessary.

Brain Health – NeuroSteer

Did you know that Alzheimer’s Disease is largely lifestyle related and that by making proactive lifestyle choices you can improve your brain health? With the early detection of cognitive decline and early intervention, one can change the course of the disease.

NeuroSteer is an innovative FDA cleared medical grade EEG that monitors brain activity. Like a standard EEG, it reads the electrical activity of the brain, but then complements the traditional analysis with advanced algorithms that break the signal into multiple components and relate them to one another. This 16-minute cognitive test involves a series of auditory prompts that provide various cognitive challenges during monitoring that are correlated with brain activity response. The results can be used by Dr. Clair to provide treatment recommendations and monitor changes in your cognitive function over time.

Hormones

Precision Analytics

The acronym "DUTCH'' stands for Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones. As its name implies, the DUTCH test uses dried urine samples to assess 35 different hormone metabolites, or breakdown products, in the urine.

Doctor’s Data

The Comprehensive Hormone Profile is the best option for baseline testing of male or female hormonal status. This non-invasive test requires only 2cc per vial of saliva in 4 separate collections. Sex hormones are tested, as well as 4 cortisol levels to evaluate the diurnal cortisol pattern. This test is a consideration in men and women concerned with changing hormone levels as a result of age, cycling women experiencing PMS, peri- and post-menopausal women concerned with their estradiol and progesterone levels for replacement considerations, and anyone with symptoms involving fatigue, insomnia, stress, immunity problems, blood sugar problems, and obesity.
