All Levels Welcome! Hosted Tuesday Mornings with Birgitta Nielsen
Birgitta Nielsen completed her initial 200 hour yoga training in Rishikesh, India with her mentor and teacher, Sequoia Henning of Feel Soul Good academy of yoga. The following year completed an additional 300 hour training in Goa, India. This experience ignited passion for the meditation part of yoga: mindfulness, Pranayama.(breath work) and relaxation. Birgitta’s classes will focus on Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, (deep relaxation) and Hatha yoga. The vision for Vibrance Yoga Studio was born of the idea to offer Vibrance Health’s patients the benefits of yoga and meditation as part of our whole person approach to health.
